Cancellation policy

When booking, 30% of total amount is required and we give 4 days to make the deposit.

Our cancellation policy is the following:

- Cancellation 15 days before the arribal date
The deposit is payed back or kept for another day.

- Cancellation between 15 and 5 days before the arribal date
We keep the deposit for another day

- Cancellation 5 days or less before the arribal date.
No posibility to pay back or change days.

Specific conditions:

- If the reservation is for a special offer, you can change dates within the period when the special offer becomes effective, neither before nor after.

- Cancellations must be justified.
